I purchased exotic rose seeds- blue, black, purple and rainbow coloured roses. They were promptly delivered with instructions. I am an avid gardener with some experience, I followed the instructions (including keeping the seeds in the freezer for 30-40 days) strictly. But not a single seed germinated as yet. I kept waiting since the instructions said that it may take 30-45 days to germinate. The climate also was ideal for it to germinate. I now want these seeds to be replaced.
