How can Ebay allow open fraud from sellers!

There are sellers who are selling huge Emeralds, Sapphire, and Rubies from 200 cts, 1000 plus cts for Rs.200 - Rs.1999. No way that these stones are orignal and ment to fool innocent buyer who are not familiar whith tactics to buy precious stones, and are easy pray for those dishonest sellers.
Shame on those who try to fool innocent people just to gain a few Rupees.
Ebay should immediately remove these sellers from their listings, like wise buyers will lose faith in Ebay.

we are agree with u , bigger size sapphire, rubies and emerald are not easily availble if availble then very costly--
impossible to find in which any seller offer as labour charges to cut the rough of bigger size is more then the seller rate--then where costlies rough cost--
it can quartz treated stones-which dont have any value
we are gems and diamond mfg--as well as obtain a degree of gemology from --reputated govt institution--s as per our knowledge it is impossible to find very hege size real sapphire, emerald and rubies in very low cost--
