Help - Feedback Problem.

Dear Concern
My ac have been restricted on Grounds of "Buyer Unsatisfaction"
My a/c holds 2 Negative Feedbacks at present.
1 from psdevisri. There is a Followup from the Buyer that she is satisfied with the Product so please do the Necessary.

Second negative Feedback is from buyer"cvpawar"
Who have a habit of Leaving a Neutral or a Negative Feedback without Communicating with the Seller & then not Replying to the seller.
Please have a look onto the Feedbacks left by him.
I want you to please remove the Feedback from my Profile as it doesnt applies to me.
&
Get the a/c working again & let me know why a Seller is Facing such Problems.

Its not only Negative its also neutrals that Count for Buyer Dissatisfaction. Your account is down because of neutral

One of your negative may be removed as buyer has given positive followup. Write to inrs and they may remove it.

But I dont think that will get your account re-instated as it's the performance of last month which counts. and that negative was left long back.

Thanks for your Time.
I have already appealed for the Other Negative Feedback in community court as i am not getting any reply from the Buyer.
I even tried to call him (Negative Feedback Buyer )& he's doesnt take calls.

Btw, i thought inrs will be directly taking care of that Follow Up right from here.

Now here's a Brief Description of which i have even mailed to inrs.
1. First Neutral Feedback -
Buyer Details - Anil.akp
He received the Milton Item with a Minor Scratch which he Realised after placing a Feedback that took place while opening the Box Packing.
No time to leave a Follow - up, Busy Man.
Mrp - rs689
Offered Price - Rs589
Really delighted Customer.

2. Second Neutral Feedback Details

Item got damaged in Transit. sent via Professional Couriers Air Service.
Packed item picture attached then the item was further wrapped with newspaper & then placed in cardbox box.
We took every possible care while getting it packed
We communicated to The buyer that we will provide him with a Resolution within next 12 working hrs but he was in urgent need so he used the Item. Personally dont knw whether the Item got damaged or not.
He was satisfied with the Item when we last communicated.

3.Third Neutral Feedback Details.
We were not aware of ebay fees policy, such a mistake wont be repeated
New ebay buyer, Mailed him 5times to pay for the item he won .
We mailed agrimababu 11times after that he moved his hands to do what. Leave us a Neutral Feedback.
He was really really happy with the Item which even came along 12months warranty.
Now he is not ready to leave a follow up says ebay is so complex.

4. Fourth Neutral Feedback Details

We had already communicated to the Buyer (Via Call-"Made a Call to Mr Rajarshi to confirm whether the Item was received in Good Condition & he's satisfied with it or not.
Any Suggestions etc")
before he Left a Feedback that the warranty card went unstamped because of Oversight & we are ready for what he says.
The Vat inclusive Invoice is in Buyers Possesion which is Duly Signed & Stamped.
We are trying to contact mr rajarshi.
He dont reply to emails
& his contact no is unreachable/switched off from last 3days.

Now the Reply i received from inrs.
Man they just have saved templates with them, and staff is there just to create Fun out of Sellers.

You can ask the buyer to leave positive follow comments for the neutral
feedback so that we can take action.
Youcan also tell the buyer to write mail to us for removal of feedback.

I believe there wont be any Privacy Issues over here as buyers username is available when any user have a look onto the Feedbacks.
