Headphones Not as expected after delivery

Hi , i have purchased an headphone "Techcom Headphone with Mic For PC/Laptop SSD-HP-202" which i expected to be in a good condition but its not good at all and sound is less than the mobile head phones.

cant expect this kind of resellers from ebay .

Resellers should send it after testing the item and not before that.

I understand your disappointment. Good news is that this item is under 1 year of manufacturer warranty that you can claim at nearest Authorised service centre and get this issue resolved. Thanks a lot for the reply.

I Understand that the product is under the warranty but it does not mean that we have to spend the time to go and repair it even after buying a brand new head phones.

Basically i am from bellary and we dont have the Techcom Authorised centre in Bellary hence need your help on this issue, i feel its a very bad impression on the reseller.

Could you please suggest me the path so get the product replaced.

I am not asking for an refund but for an replacement.

Hope you understand the situation and please do the needful at the earliest.

Nothing can be done about the headphones because what you have purchased is high impedance headphones of either 16ohms or 32ohms and the output of such headphones is going to be low because it is meant for sources which give out audio at a higher peak to peak voltage(it is cheaper to make such headphones).

What you ideally need is 4ohms or 8 ohms headphones to give you good audio but these are expensive.

All I can suggest you is to connect your Techcom headphones to some powered speaker's headphone jack and then increase the volume control to get better audio. Hope this helps you.

Get in touch with your seller. Leave your eBay seller an eBay message for replacement.

But as per eBay policies, if its under MANUFACTURER Warranty, then you have to visit nearest Authorised service centre only.

Can you guys please advise me how do i proceed to ask the seller for an replacement as the box which was delivered was with out manufacturer warranty card.

Which has no sense in going to service centre with out card.
