Nothing can be done about the headphones because what you have purchased is high impedance headphones of either 16ohms or 32ohms and the output of such headphones is going to be low because it is meant for sources which give out audio at a higher peak to peak voltage(it is cheaper to make such headphones).
What you ideally need is 4ohms or 8 ohms headphones to give you good audio but these are expensive.
All I can suggest you is to connect your Techcom headphones to some powered speaker's headphone jack and then increase the volume control to get better audio. Hope this helps you.
