Have not recieved my 1TB which was on the Diwali Scheme

Its been more than 2 months that i had purchased more than 30k worth item from Ebay during the period. PaisaPay ID 30125491045, PaisaPay ID 30163907045, PaisaPay ID 30163892745 with the coupon codes at that time. But i have not recieved my 1TB hdd. Please let me know when will that be possible? Its been a shame on Ebay's part that nothing has been done till now. I await your reply...

Need help now. I had an update 15 days back on chat that I SHALL GET MY ITEM BY 30th of JAN i.e., TODAY but still NO RESPONSE. Can you please take some action as am really dissatisfied with the false communication in this regard.
