Harrassment from vCustomer BPO guys

I got a call yesterday 12th Jan from Vivek of vCustomer BPO on behalf of eBay. He told me that my payment is due. Even when he was fully aware that the due date was 31st Jan and knew this was very early. I told him that last month every 2 days there was a call from them asking for payment. He kept on saying When will you make payment and sounded more like Munnabhai or Sattarbhai on the line. Moreover many of their guys cannot speak English properly. I do not have any arrears with eBay and my payments have already been within the stipulated time period. eBay can also send an SMS as payment reminders to sellers.

Secondly my mobile is on the Do no Disturb List of TRAI (I represent a consumer advocacy group at TRAI) Such repeated calls are not only a gross violation of a person's privacy but also flout TRAI do not disturb norms.
