Very True!!
I purchased 2 Items in combined shipping and received only one. Called up seller and he was totally unsupportive. Then I logged Refund request which was finally rejected without even contacting me. I've called, chat online and send e-mail also to customer care but with no positive response. That too when I've proof to show that I received only one item as what weight is mentioned in the cover, same is the weight of item I received.
Please be assured, they have robbed you off your money. I think customer care has joined hands with seller!!! They say they will respond in 24-48 hours, however, its been 6 days that I've received no response on my email.
