I have a concern with feedback and item receipt confirmation. Most of the buyers who are purchasing products from me do not know about ITEM RECEIPT CONFIRMATION.I have tried sending them mails but no one responds, finally i need to call them and make them do that which means what is happening is that rather than profit what i get by selling i am ending up in spending from my pocket for the product i sold because of my TELEPHONE BILL.I request you to atleast make the buyers know about the new policy by making them go through a tutorial or any such kind of a thing.
