I ordered a 64 gb memory card, I received my ordered 3 days late. When I opened the pack I found it was an old and already used item. I tried it on my phone but it didn't work at all. I contacted with the customer service, they suggested me to go to the service center, I explained her that when I received an old and defected item then why would I go to service center and why would the service center repair an old and damaged item. I called to customer service twice but got the same response. Now I am feeling cheated.
Now I will enaure that no one in my contact will ever again use ebay.
