There are a lot of similar threads on this forum and they have received proper replies from ebay.

I still haven't.

So, once again, ebay, please look into the matter and let me know as soon as possible the status of my gifts.

This is unexpectedly poor service from ebay. It is small stuff like this that make differentiate between good sites and great sites and it is inconveniences like this that keep customers from coming back.

I agree with you Seema as far the use of abusive language is concerned.

However I have not received any update from your side other that "We are checking on the status of your gift and shall get back to you with an update". Where is the aforementioned update you promised?

Please reply as fast as possible. When ebay sets deadlines for its sellers to follow, how come ebay doesn't itself follow deadlines as far as gifts are concerned. Very odd practice.

I received a call on 4th saying I should get the products within a day, maximum 2 days.

Today is 8th and I have not received any further update.

What is going on??

The person who called said the items had already been dispatched. If that is true why haven't I received it yet.

Extremely disappointed.
