Gift items not received as mentioned,

I purchased to items, last year and this year worth 50k+, and there was a gift coupon used, I was supposed to receive the gift items, Contacted customer care several times. No good happened. Is it me alone experiencing this?

Why it is so complex for Ebay to send gifts as mentioned?

How to resolve this?

Nothing much you can do. Many buyers cried over here for their gifts 😞

Seems a flop idea of eBay India. As they complete the transaction in 30 days, but sent the goods to half customers , even that too after 75-80 days usually.

What you can do is call at 1800-209-3229 and get the details after telling the PaisaPay id.

Same case with me. eBay is loosing trust because of their unable to meet the commitments.
