Normally I receive gifts within 20 days of buying. May I know why this deviation this time? Please care to update me about my gift status.

Is it not possible to intimate us through email/sms when you send the gifts? Sending info about courier details and dispatch date will enable us to track our gift online. This practice will make the system more transparent too.
