GOT A TOLL FREE NO. 1600 22 3229

Hi,

I got a phone call in my mobile from ebay regarding any training that I may need. The caller Miss Sushma gave me a toll free no. to get help. It is 1600 22 3229. I was also given the email address training.india@ebay.com to contact for any query. Don't know whether everybody know this. So I am posting it here for members like me. I have also clarified from the caller whether I can post the information on board and she okayed.

Lastly, I must mention that when I called the toll free no. yesterday afternoon for a clarification on Invoice, there was nobody available to accept the call for my desired option.

Nice to hear that ebay has the toll free number. Many will be really happy about this thought I had different opinion.

Hi Deep,
When I called the no. I was given some options to enter. In that the option 3 was for Power sellers and there are other options. However, as mentioned before the operator was not available to take my call. Best Regards 🙂
