Free gift not received

Till date after two weeks of item receipt i have not received the free gift (card reader) on purchase of digital camera

To be honest with you, eBay gifts in the past took a very long time to reach its customers. I hope this time eBay India will increase its delivery speed.

I had puchased a samsung 22inch lcd monitor and along with that i was suppose to get a transcend 7 inch digital photoframe as a gift from ebay as per the valentindes day offer posted on ebay site on 14th feb 2009...
Forget about 45 days it has been more than a year and half but still hav not recieved the gift.. Despite contacting the customer support on several occasions they hav not sent the gift...
Very poor service. They neede to speed up the delivery process.
