I had a transaction with ebay with order details :-

Shipped on: 24-Sep-2011
There I attached a gift code as "Gift voucher / promotion code (EBAYFEST01)" but didn't recieved any gift till now (9 Nov 2011) .I also communicated to customer care on chat and mail and got an assurance to resolve the issue around one month back but nothing was done .
I think one should not believe on ebay gifts schemes as these are just for demonstration .They don't ship the gifts but always want a positive feedback.....
