I bought an lg optimus phone on 22 April 2011 (PaisaPay ID 28807652774)promotion code Q2W15IBALL. Its 90 days and I've not yet received my free gift. And i had sent numerous emails and complaints to eBay support team. some 30 days back, when i called eBay, i was informed that DTDC couriers said that my address is not serviceable which is an utter nonsense. and they said it would be shipped again within 10-15 days for sure.!! a DTDC outlet is hardly meters away from my home and i get almost 99% of my shipments through it. TERRIBLY BAD COMMUNICATION FROM EBAY SIDE. AS EBAY COULD HAVE ALWAYS SENT AN EMAIL TO ME WHICH THEY NEVER DID. I called eBay for this like some 10 or more times and still not getting any satisfactory replies. I AM ASSURING YOU, IF YOU SENT IT THROUGH DTDC AND GIVE ME THE TRACKING CODE, I'LL MAKE SURE THAT IT REACHES ME.
Ebay, please don't try to fool customers like this. If you are not in a position to follow your policies(gift shipped within 45 days in my case), please making such policies.
This is my final attempt. I'm fed up of waiting for a reply from eBay which i'm almost sure I will not get. Please show some professionalism, eBay..!
