Free Gift not received till yet. Its over 60 days!!!!!!

i have not yet received my free gift 4GB USB, which was promised to be given along with Item Id: 130576049275.
I have contacted the ebay Customer care several times but they still want me to wait. Its really pathetic to remind you guys everytime and its really annoying. Seriously not happy with ebay.
