Hello Ebay,

I had purchased a Galaxy S I9000 in february and there was a free gift attached with it. Till now i didn't recieved the gift. My paisa pay ID is "28903109164"

I have been trying the customer care support but it seems u guys have very poor customer support. The executives just hung up the the phone while listening the problem. In live chat they don't respond and just end the session. With this kind of customer service no one will want to trade using ebay.

Earlier i had a good impression of ebay and made some purchases also. But looking upon the responses now i think i would never use ebay and don't suggest it to my friends also for any further transactions.

Can please help me in reciving the item.

I think Ebay is least conserned about the free gift. i have been trying from last 60 days almost 30 phone calls 20 live chats and every time tey say wait untill you receive the item.to day is 85 th day and no body from ebay is responding. i belive they will not respond.


Hey guus we all have been cheated in the name of free gift. from now on make sure that don'y buy any thing from eaby and let know others also abou the fraud in ebay.
i have recently brought one more laptop for my brother in local shop we are more happy and peacefull with that purchase. Ebay india is totally is gone case.

with out these free gifts price in ebay and local shops are same. why you want to purchase item from ebay , when you are not going to receive the item from ebay.

when you call them . they say free item is out of stock and they are ordering the item, but same i tem they will sell in ebay.
