This was my first time using eBay and it turned out my worst online purchase experience ever. I bought an adapter that the seller claimed would work on my Casio keyboard. It didn't even fit. Now, I am supposed to pay to pack and deliver the adapter to the seller before he gives me a refund! A Rs.250 adapter is going to cost me as much to ensure a safe return. What if it gets damaged on the way.
Aren't eBay policies skewed towards sellers? I raised a claim under eBay guarantee two days back but there has been no progress.
