Hi,
I purchased a product on 28th march and on 31st the product got shipped by the seller.
I was astonished to see a mail which detailed out that it was shipped by an ordinary post with an invalid tracking id.
I waited till 2nd april, and when i called CSR(customer care), they agreed that it was an invalid tracking id. She adviced me to have a word with seller.
Ebay wont take any responsibility in delivering a product to its user.
I tried to reach out on seller's mobile but in vain (switched off).
Now we all can guess how genuine could be that product be!!! which would either reach me or not.
