With immense frustration I am forced to post this, I have experienced 3 cases (out of total four orders that I placed on ebay) of courier fraud.

When I called the customer care they are just saying that this is delivered, when I demanded the proof of delivery they were not able to do so. And customer services (talked to agent Swapnil, Claim number: 6105856) kept the phone down saying we will get back to you in 48 hours with a resolution. But it has been several days and no one called back.
I am a working professional and don't have time to uselessly chase people in customer service for such issues. I think I am better off buying stuff in the market, that ways I will spend more time shopping and less time in getting frustrated with unreliable companies like ebay
I will never buy from ebay again, neither will I let my family or friends buy!!! Shame on you ebay staffers, learn from Flipkart and Amazon.
