Fraud Buyers

Recently have seen that buyers receive the parcel but claim either not received or received but it was empty.They have found a trick or two to get refund.how can buyer receive the cover empty if properly packed and shipped.please help.received 3 negative feedbacks as a result.

show the weigh of the package to the buyer, every courier including speed post registers the weigh of the articles while shipping out.

Appeal in community court for negatives. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Perfect , we also faced such a situation.

We have asked the buyer to send us weight.It says 20gm when we shipped 100gm.

He will probably go for a negative feedback/not received.

You need to give POD and proof to paisapay and appeal in community court.

Ebay is doing little for sellers but we sellers will be together for fighting against such buyers.

You cannot do anything against such buyers who do deliberate fraud. Nothing can be done, live with it.
