I have another account as krts_30. I received an email ( on the email id associated with krts_30) voucher saying I can avail a discount of rs 100 on my purchase. I want to use thatvoucher. But the problem is that I have forgotten the passwrd as well as the security question's answer of my previous ID. Now Is there a solution to this problem or I cannot access my account anymore? Or if there is any other way to use that voucher?
