I bought a camera on 15/04/2011, cost Rs.7598/- with a gift voucher(iball headset and web cam. the gift is not yet received. when ever i contact the ebay they are telling that the gift will come with in one week. till now i didnt received my gift.
i think ebay.in is cheating customer.

V care Not Worry About Seller Why ??????

We care not interested to save the money of seller they just making formality call they do not want any resolution which seller given only interested to approve the refund i was not in office not possible to attain when any time from morning to evening when they want they will call you must be reply only that time if not answered they take their own decision not take a pain mark the mail to seller not take pain to call seller alternate no

So great V Care Service is any body have pain about seller money

Very bad service.The customer care team do not know what they are selling.Bought a cell from U.S Global after consulting with the customer care if it would function in india on CDMA?They confirmed that it would not be a problem.After i got the phone it neva functioned and to make matters worse,When i called and spoke to the Supervisor Antonio.he did not know what to do and how to handle my problem,Hence he kept saying NO even before i explained to him the whole fiasco.'PATHETIC SERVICE'.
