Feedback should not be allowed by sellers for disputed items

on eBay feeback is open for defaulting SELLERS. It exposes buyers against them becasue if any buyer opens any dispute against seller then seller tends to give negative rating to buyers which is against the law of natural justice.

Hi hrproritesh,
If there be dispute,the buyer and seller both should refrain from giving FB.That helps to maintain a good atmosphere.But eBay will never stop anyone from giving FB.Only ebay will tell you that FB is a permanent feature.So,show caution when you give FB.
