
Feedback removal discontinued by ebay pathetic policy by created by ebay

Hello,
I have recently come to know that ebay India will not longer remove negative feedback on based of follow up comment by buyer nor buyer appeal to ebay for removal.
This is the most pathetic move by ebay India team as in India you get negative neutral feedback after every 20 transaction. Our India buyer's are never educated on the transaction system by ebay nor they have any Idea about contacting the seller in terms of problem.
In such case ebay say if you resolve the problem we will still not remove the feedback even though buyer appeals to ebay for removal of feedback it will still remain.
Now in such situation its clear cut communication from ebay to sellers than if you received the negative feedback that do not resolve the buyer's problem and leave them alone with their problem.
Secondly as seller you need to have that super natural power to know than buyer is facing problem with the product without buyer contacting seller or informing about the problem.
Please help me how should one get such super natural power and why ebay does not want sellers to resolve buyer's problem post sale.
