Faulty product received which I suspect is a duplicate

I purchased HP v155W from eBay in January 2010.

However, I was able to copy files on it only once, which too didnt get copied properly. Also, I am unable to delete or re-format the pendrive.

Tried getting support from HP website and from their call center, but they dont have this as their listed product.

I am now suspecting whether this is indeed an HP product or being praudulently being sold under HP name since searching on HP v155w on HP.com website returns no results.

I am feeling cheated and extremely frustrated and am considering going to media and consumer courts with the matter very soon.

Hi,

Most of the HP pendrives are manufactured by PNY Technologies, Taiwan. There is a technical error with some HP pendrives as it does occur this error.

Just check with your nearest HP service center or contact the seller for replacement. ---------------
