Faulty Pen Drive Item 220265089194

I made a mistake of buying a pen drive on ebay. The pen drive was faulty. I contacted seller and he asked me to send back the faulty pen drive so that he can replace. I sent the pen drive and ever since haven't heard from seller. I tried to use dispute console but seller gave false information there and was uncooperative so I closed the case. After that I haven't heard anything either from the seller or ebay. I had requested refund of my money under paisapay gurantee but still have't received the refund.

Moreover now there is no way I can contact ebay. I can't create a communication with the item id mentioned above.

Ebay is making very tall claims about buyer safety but they are not bothered about the complaints. Will anybody look into the complaints of buyers and stop the sellers from cheating people of their hard earned money?

Same problem with me, I ordered 3 Pendrive 64GB, but the sell send 1 64 GB and 2 80GB. All three pendrive are useless. I can't sote a bit of data. Once i stored the data in to the pendrive after some time it will disappered.

Please be carefull before buing PENDRIVE through ebay.

so I closed the case. I hope you have closed the case with claim submitted. In that case your claim will be considered by eBay and in due course you will get your money back, subject to investigations by eBay team.

if any one offer u a pen drive which is less then 25% of market price
then it has to be a duplicate one
