False promises of free gift

Some 3 months or so back I was promised a free T-Shirt when I purchase something. I was told it will come within 45 days, which are long over.
No wonder people are having low sales. With such cheating going on by the site every one will assume the sellers also are in the same league.

Me also cheated by ebay i was promised that when i purchase more than Rs 6000 i will get free gift item bluetooth headset.i purchase the item on 19 apr 2011. then i asked to shabnam customer care she told me that item dispatched then i asked when item dispatched why i didnot get any mail any way give me airway bill no and courier name.
she told me that dispatched by speed post and no. is A-1421 and i dont have more information like when it was sent.
which was absolutly falls because all speed post no start from E letter and should be all 13 charector.so ebay is cheating to every one by attract free gift item.
