Fake Samsung Charger

I bought a Samsung Wireless charger from ebay india from the seller. In product description it was mentioned that the charger is genuine and I ordered it but as it came I saw it was fake. Now it is so shameful to see that such a big online store is selling fake items of another big brands. My ebay username is "agga_shan".

I have also received fake charger. I had purchased from seller ebay.in asks its customers to visit samsung service center and get a letter stating that the product is fake - only then they will accept. eBay has very poor customer service
