I called buyer Personally and offered Free Replacement, Even after Product is Under Warranty and can be fixed anywhere in India, But buyer don't want to wait for Free replacement and replied gently that No need to replace the item as he need it urgently and said he'll get it fixed locally, Now 1 Day later i received message from Ebay team that they are refunding buyer to close the claim, "Without talking to me even once" ... Disgusting............
Not happy to work with ebay 😞
