FRADULAT SELLER: agmmobiles

Hi,

I have recently bought a blackberry 8100 phone from the seller agm mobiles.

The listing by the seller clearly mentioned that the phone has a email client setup facility.

However, the phone I have received doesn't support email client feature and even after requesting the seller to fix the problem or refund my money I am not getting any response.

Please suggest how to go ahead with such cases of mis-selling and escalate this matter to the right channel.

Thanks,

You should have inspect and tested the device before you confirmed 'Item Receipt'on ebay.Once you committed that you are now at the seller's mercy, he/she may or may not listen to you now. However, rather than trying the seller you have an alternative to get the issue taken care of.If the device is genuine one then you can still get email client set-up done by some extra cost like nominal.Just check the device with BLACKBERRY website, there are many info that may serve your issue.

Hi,

If your seller is not responding then file for " item not as described" in resolution center.
