I had the most pathetic experience with eBay.
Here is the ugly truth about ebay services and their lack of interest in serving customers.

Ordered tempered glass for iphone6 (2Nos) from ebay India on 18/08/2015.
Kept tracking the seller and aramex (courier company) for delivery of item.
To my surprise, the order showed as delivry attemp and no one home. My mom recently had her knee replacement surgery and is always home along with 2 full time maids to help her as I am mostly out of country and my wife is also working. Same day the aramex website updated with detail as delivered and I have signed it.
100% pure lie.
No one turned up. Called aramex and seller again. Seller had no clue what was going on.Aramex said sorry sir, item will be delivered in next 1 day. I waited patiently.
Next day I called aramex and they said the status is wrongly updated on their website and the product couldnt be delivered. So they are sending it back to the seller.
In the meantime I raised my claim for refund.
Waited for 5 days, suddenly got an email that the claim is rejected as the item is delivered at my home.
Called the seller, he is lost again and said he has not rejected the claim. He requested me to call ebay helpline.
Whopping 32 minutes of wait on the customer care!!!!
Crazy website and crazy services.
I also wrote a separate dissatisfaction email to ebay regarding another product, the autoreply said they will revert in next 48 hours....no reply...no shame and no resolution.
My last shopping at ebay. I would suggest if you cant do business properly, please shutdown ebay india. Dont fool people.
