Ebay working

I had ordered 2 sunglasses worth Rs. 1300 and forgot to enter the gift code for 'Monsoon Magic' offer... Now, when I ask Ebay to provide me the gift .. they hand me the disclaimer of the gift stating that you should enter and then only would the gift be sent.

Being an old customer with Ebay, this is very bad what I have heard from them. I should have been sent the gift by making changes in the data on their side, which I am preety sure can be done... But not for me...

This is giving me a very bad view of a big company like Ebay!!! Sorry to say but I was totally unsatisfied with the last transaction I had with you.. And would try to avoid making purchases with you guys in future!!

you can ask the buyer to cancel the transaction by loggin in the paisapay account and asking him to refund. and purchase again with your gift voucher. Explain this to the seller, I hope he will understand and refund.
