Ebay's Own Courier service

Dear Sir,
I am very much interested in buying many items thru e bay
But the biggest threat is the shipping by couriers
Some times they delay too much or they damaged the items by opening the parcel.
My suggestion is why e Bay can not make agreements with a particular best service courier or to start a self owned courier service for eBay.
The buyers trend are being changed now a days
Nobody have time to go many shops for their purchases.
I feel eBay is the best place to choose varieties of material at one place.
So please consider my suggestion to enhance your service.

it is already on, ebay has launched powership few months ago...as of now they have made it optional to sellers...in few months it will become mandatory.......

Friends, I think eBay must start charging and shipping all products of it's own including charges, on sale. There should not be any option to list shipping cost by sellers. This way all sellers and customers will be on same platform.

This will result no complaints of shipping what so ever. Powership seems to be good but, as I understood that this is not for all products and areas. This is wrong. Either it must be for all products and areas or sellers must get option to use it or not even if he opt for Powership.

Also, all claims of lost/damage products must be given by eBay without wasting any time. eBay later can resolve all such issues with shipping companies it's connected with.
