My name is Lori Nik. I purchased Moto G 3rd generation. My email is ***. My ebay ID is ni-in11. The seller did not send the invoice and the product was faulty. I raised an ebay claim and ebay rejected it without any notification. But thank God that the seller asked to return the porduct and agreed to refund the money. The seller gave me a service request number that he got for requesting to ebay to refund my money. I called ebay and gave the service request number and the customer service guys said that the refund will be processed in 24 to 48 hours. Again, called the next day. What they told then is that it will take 6 to 8 working days. You can see here, what a crap ebay is. When I called again due to insecurity, they are telling that seller do not have sufficient balance for ebay to refund. Which of the three statements is true? I think that the training given to ebay customer service is, how to softspeak and cheat the customers using various reasons instead of providing resolution. I asked for a supervisor. Whenever I call, the supervisor is not available. I think ebay supervisors has 8 hrs break and 1 hour work time. It has been 10 days now for the refund to be processed and still no response.
And regarding the seller not having sufficient balance, it was also a lie. The seller send me an email with the balance in his paisapay account and also the email that he send to request refund and the reply that he got for that request. The service request number given to the seller for the refund is SR# 1-***. The reply email clearly stated that the refund will be processed and the seller can inform the buyer regarding the same. Along with breakfast, ebay customer service guys are also having bull**bleep** and they throw that **bleep** and crap at every call from different customers. It also should point to the management of ebay, which is worse than bull**bleep**.
I am still waiting for my Rs.22500/- refund. If I didnot get the refund. I am not going to stop. I am working in a reputed company and most of them are ebay customers and buyers. I will state what happened to me with ebay and paste it in the common notice board of the tech park, with a BEWARE sign. Also, I don't care care spending some additional money in publishing the same in newspapers. Atleast future buyers should be BEWARE of ebay. Even few of my friends were about to purchase some home appliances and smartphones from ebay. But I resisted them. I told them what happened to me. they bought stuffs worth lakhs from amazon. Ebay does not deserve valuable customers if they are treating them as clowns.
Ebay has asked to wait further 6 days more. After that, if my refund is not processed, I will do some good to buyers who is thinking they are buying something good with their hard earned money. Not only buyers, but also sellers faces even more trouble than buyers. Very poor customer service. **bleep** customer service with pathetic and good for nothing supervisors with crap management.
I am waiting to see of ebay processes my refund.
