In a hope of getting right solution/resolution through this feedback forum, I am going to explain one cheating & repeatedly harassing case before all which is made by Ebay to me.
I have purchased one Nokia asha 305 mobile through ebay.in, on Dt:14/05/2013 vied Paisapay ID: 33676684310 and on 16/05/2013 from ebay I got SMS from ebay that the the product was shipped to me on 14th may using FEDEX (AWB no: 552744249966) and expected delivery date is by 22 May-13, but it is 30/05/2013 it is not yet received to me whereas I have followed for several time with ebay as well as the FEDEX, but they are only saying that it will be reaching to me soon and even if I force them they are disconnecting the phone.
I am following with the ebay & Fedex since 21st May-13 and also raised complains in both ebay as well as FEDEX and even raised claim for money back since 25/05/13 but there is no response yet from ebay.
For your Kind notice, ebay is only sending me that the shipping is delayed message but not providing why it is delayed.
I am now going for consumer forum in hope that ebay could understand his responsibility.
