However, the best people to help you in this issue are Customer Helpdesk. If you have not done it already, kindly contact them using the following link:

It will help the Helpdesk in investigating your issue and responding accordingly. In fact they will not be able to contact you if you do not post your issue to them via the webform.
In future as well, kindly use the Contact Us link to report your problems to eBay. As I do not check the mail box often, I am afraid, your issues posted to me might go unattended.
