Ebay Sucks

I ordered Orpat OEH 1250 Room Heater / Blower / Element Heater on 19th dec 2014. The order was confirmed by paisa pay ID 38160610193.. I tried to contact Aramex carrier services with tracking id which is showing in my account but they have no record in their database...i also contacted seller but he told me that he has shipped the order 3 days ago....Most irritating part was "customer care representative of ebay.in ,the guy was not even listening to my concern, just repeating 2-3 sentences again n again...Online purchasing should always be a hassle free service...I did not expect such an extreamily poor service from such a reputed organisation...i will NEVER recommend ebay to anyone...NO MORE shopping through ebay

I ordered an iPhone 4s cover and it was clearly mentioned on the website that it is a new product. The product which I received was damaged dented and full of scratches which clearly shows that the product is already used and is second hand. Shame on you guys. This was my first and last purchase from eBay.
