Ebay Paisa Pay process crashed - Beaware !!

I had purchased many time on ebay and never had any problem but today I purchased an item using paisa pay and made payment through netbanking. Money got deducted and transaction is reflected in my hdfc bank account but here is the surprise no paisapay transaction reflected in my ebay account. I have reference ID as description as a part of bank accoutn statement which is in two parts:

1) 325669019-eBayPaisaPay

2) 504154648 

price: Rs. 3,190

Purchase Date: 04, May 2012

I contacted customer support and he has no clue and he told me that he dont know how to track the transaction !!!

he told me to forward my case details to paisapaydocs@ebay.com which I did but I am surprised how it can happen at first place.
Why tech support cannot find a transaction it is simply unacceptable.
I read at many places that paisa pay is secure. is it really !!
I will wait for 4-5 days then i will consider look for other options for refund which i will surely get...
Paisa pay is faulty in my case and non reliable so i will think 100 times before using it again...

It seems that there was a glitch at eBay earlier today. I didn't do any transaction but had some unusual problems logging in to check my account and to post in the forum, but everything's normal again now.

Whatever the glitch is. I find ebay process not reliable as I said faulty. I made a biggest mistake I should have got same product from flipkart at lesser price and shipping as well packing is excellent as they manage themselves..man my mistake and I am regretting...would definately think 100 times again coming back to ebay or paisa pay...

PaisaPay has some payment issues. Once it happened with me and I was advised to share my Bank A/c statement transaction details with eBay and the problem was solved.
