Hi,

I have purchased a 3G modem in march'2011 with Paisa pay id 28658796670. I used a free gift code HOLIFEST02 (iball headphones) during the purchase. I was told by ebay representative that the gift item would be delivered within 45 days.

Now it is over 70 days and I haven't received the gift item yet.

I even tried contacting customer care .... but still they need "more time / don't have an update". I don't understand whether these guys have a time sense at all (do they understand the difference between 45 days & 70 days ...!! )

It is obvious to see in these forums that whoever is making a request for delivery of their free items, they are being ignored completely by Ebay India staff and they tend to be attending other queries which don't request a free item.

I am just writing this feedback in a hope that someone responsible would have a look at it and act accordingly ...!!

Hello ebay.india team

I recently sign in on ebay.India, Actually I want to purchase a benQ led monitor, I like (BENQ 24" E2420HD Full HD LED TFT WideScreen Monitor-3YR) listed on ebay.india. After reading some review of this monitor finally, I surf benQ.india site in which they stated that they have LCD monitor of this brand not LED Monitor. It might be some mistake from your end at my point of view. Please clarify my confusion I stuck in between LCD or LED. If that item is a LCD monitor it's a big blunder. I wish I was wrong. waiting for your revert

Dear Seema,

My previous and present address indicate I am at ORISSA - Sundergarh Dist.

But the AWB No. 13220234893 of Blue Dart was delivered to some K.Mausam at Gondia - MAHARASHTRA.

ORISSA & MAHARASHTRA are not the same states as you can see.

Kindly check at your end and provide me the correct details.
