It's already been more than two week after creating the claim request 1312567. Till now i haven't get any response neither from ebay nor from the seller. Can you please escalate this to the higher officials for getting high priority. Day by day i am loosing confidence on ebay due to this big negligence on my claim request. I need to get my refund amount urgently. I hope, you guys will do the needful quickly.
