Ebay Gift not received...Neither any response form EBAY Team

Still awaiting for feedback on my order and my gift.

I am supposed to receive a free Acer 320GB HDD, but I have not yet received the same. This was on an offer on which a purchase above 15K, with a promotional code will give you free Acer HDD. The product that I brought, has been shipped to me, but I have not received the free gift (Acer HDD) yet. Can you Please update me on he same.The ORDER WAS PLACED A MONTH BACK. I have posted numerous times, but nobody from the EBAY team ever replies

The only topic of discussion on the forums nowadays is "gift not received". Out of 9 topics displayed on the forum page, 7-8 are for gift not received. Do something about it ebay, why cannot you call up buyers and keep them informed or send them a mail or provide a dedicated contact number to these buyers where they can call and get the required info or the best as suggested is to stop the free gift business completely till you can do it properly.

Just because of this important topics are not displayed and discussed on the forums. All the space regularly is being taken up by these free gift buyers.

I agree with your point of not having free gifts scheme, if they cannot service it. But you have no right to say which discussion is more important, and further cannot tag anyone as free gift buyer. Every complaint of buyer is as imp as that of seller, so would request you to target and ask EBay, instead of sarcastically putting comments on Buyer.
