I bought two solar lamps through eBay (same item but I placed two orders) and the lamp was not as described. I raised two claims for that. But the seller didn't respond to any of my mails or calls. Finally I asked for refund through resolution centre. They told I should reship the item to get a refund. I did and send the receipts to eBay.
After few days I got refund for one item. But for second item i didn’t get any refund. I called the customer care they told that both cases shows same paisa pay id, so the second case got rejected.
So I asked one question.
I have two cases in my resolution centre with status claims submitted. May I know the status of the second case?
I was shocked hearing the answer from that guy.
Sorry sir due to our system issues, it gave same paisa pay id for both claims. So we couldn't initiate a refund.
And he disconnected the call.
I called them again another guy picked and his answer was
Sorry sir, I will raise a claim again and it will get reflected your account only after 24hrs, I forgot to ask the reference number.
48 hours gone and no new claims came to my account. I made another call to customer care
Then they told that no other claim was raised so we can’t do anything.
I tried to escalate the case but these people are not doing that.
THEY ARE SIMPLY CHEATING
So I decided not to buy anything from eBay.
