Paisapay Team many a times never takes pain to talk to us on refund raised by buyers many a times they never call us also and approve refund to buyers as they want protect buyers.and when they talk there tone and language is like they are some police officer and we are slave of them and frighten us that "give us POD within 24 hrs or else we will give refund to the buyer" .

Yes You are right, Customer care on call is totally pathetic , hopeless, clueless and uselss.

When called up at ebay customer support number, there is that hopeless reply that they dont have information and need to contact through email.

And Email support is always late , late and late.. They are just careless bunch of unprofessional fellows who never reply on time.

For Sellers, there is NO support on Ebay.. really pathetic.

With HOpes of getting a response from Ebay.

This refund raised Wed, Feb 29, 2012 after that i had mailed all ebay email id's which i know but not action

from last 5 days i am in high BP today night this will refunded reason don't know what come my BP will go low tommrrow
