EBay have not given my prize. Its rediculous!!

Dear Ebay users this post is nothing but a concern to all loyal users that I have won an item in the treasure hunt and Ebay despite of several mails and calls they have not given it to me its simply rediculous. So guys what can I do about it and moreover now they are starting new promotion programs. Its simply cheatingX-(Please Give your comments on it otherwise this is the beggining who can say what will happen afterwards.

Please tell how should i take actions against such frouds. Dont ignore it please because its may also happen to you and remember noone but we all make the site happening. Thanks and hope you all will support me. The prize means nothing to me but my main point is all my trust have gone from online trading because the host site itself cheated me. I have trusted Ebay so mush and I am shocked now.

Friend there are two things you can do.
First wait wait and wait....because I don't think you are ever going to get anything.
Second start a thread where everyone who wants to take legal action againts ebay (by going to consumer court for inefficient service).Even if the legal action doesn't take place atleast that should wake eBay up

This is a update to my topic and to concern of all members eBay has not given the prize I won in the treasure hunt program. They are sure frauds. And sorry to say but I had to take some action very soon . They are telling they have some tax problem ,if they have that then why they are not clearly describing whats the problem. And please EBay i dont want any further damn calls from you. You have cheated a loyal customer.
