I bought 10.2" Android 2.2 Tablet 1 GHz CPU, 512MB RAM, 8GB HDD #260816578012) on 22-Aug-11 and sent to my brother as a gift, from techy-hub.

I had called Seller prior to buy the item as needed some Apps installed.
When delivered and tried to switch on the Tablet. The on-off went inside not able to switch on tablet. Tablet was not even switched on once and as per the seller I should bear all the cost of repairs and courier as its my family members fault.
can the seller prove that the tablet has all the apps installed as i have never seen any as the tablet was never switched on. .

I wasn't even contacted once and the claim was denied.. .
EBAY contacted the seller and spoke with them. the seller would always say that the product wasn’t faulty.
EBAY should have spoke or mail or contacted me once and checked with us as well..
EBAY IS SELLER FRIENDLY AND NOT BUYER. . . .

its all lies as only seller is asked and not buyer.
Seller is right and buyer is wrong.
So if the seller says its my family members fault EBAY will accepted the same.
Sellers are the one who gives business so only there words are taken and heard
NO ONE FROM EBAY WANTS TO KNOW MY SIDE OF STORY AS ITS NOT IMPORTANT
The ebay gaurntee is all wrong. its bais and unfair and should always worry.
