I bought a IPOD touch from ebay on February 11 2011.And i was entitled to receive a free valentine gift(hitachi 250 gb hard disk). But its more than 2 months now.and i have no idea when i will receive this item. Please let me know where is my gift. I have written many mails to customer support but even after so many calls and mails i have not received my gift.
