Seema from Ebay said she was looking into it and disappeared suddenly..no replies/updates whatsoever till now.
I have been trying to get a phone number that I can talk to as I'm in Australia and I cannot call the 1800 number from here. Finally called Sameer Yadav, TNS and collection Head - Ebay India on 098197632299 and he promised me on phone that he will get his team to look into it and noted my contact details and he seems to have disappeared too.
How many emails and phone calls that I and my dad have been making in the past month and a half. Do you care to respond to any of them at all. what kind of a business is this?
What are guys trying to do in Ebay India? You sound like you are going to help me and then you do not respond at all after that. Are you doing this knowingly. what is this behavior described as? Cheating? Plausible deniability? Have some courtesy people..
I am so fed up in dealing with Ebay india. I am taking up my case to the consumer court.
