EBAY COURT RECORDING OF STATEMENT TO SUPPORT FEEDBACK

Recently I had bid for a Hero Htc Used Phone. I won the auction. The seller did not deliver on the pretext that the price was too low and that he had made a mistake while listing the item. I left a negetive feedback. I recently got an sms from ebay court asking me to justify my feedback and record my statement. However every time I try to record the statement by entering my statement and clicking CONTINUE Box it automatically comes back to the home page of ebay court and no acknowledgement is received by me. What do I do. It is said I have only 10 days to record my statement. THE DETAILS FO THE TRANSACTION ARE AS FOLLOWS: HTC Hero Sparingly used.Good condition,Insurance, Bill 120523415937 varunmuthuvel -. i THEN RANG UP EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THE STATEMENT AS A MAIL TO support@ebaycourt.com whic I did. I still did not get any acknowledgement for the mail. What does this mean. Kindly explain

Hi, I think there is some issue with your browser settings. Because same happened to me when I was trying to enter shipping details couple of weeks back..

Try clearing out the cookies from your browser or try entering from a different browser. Say If you are using Internet explorer try using mozilla firefox.

About that mail thing I cannot help. Its in the hands of eBay.
